This course is suitable for those who are new to Yoga as well as those who practice Yoga occasionally and would like to learn more skills. The course will be delivered as Gaeilge as much as possible but will cater to the different abilities within the class. The class offers a great opportunity to use your Irish in a calm and friendly environment. Be sure you will pick up new terms and ways of talking about the practice of Yoga!
Timetable
Participants will attend one class per week from 7.00–8.00pm (Irish time) on Thursday evenings or from 3.00–4.00pm (Irish time) on Saturdays. The Saturday course is offered subject to demand. You must choose the day on which you will attend (if available) on registration. The course includes eight live online classes starting the week of May 17th, 2021. There will be no mid-term break this season.
Teacher
Séamus Byrne is a Yoga teacher born and raised in Co. Meath. He has been practising Yoga for his whole adult life. In 2014 he went to Goa, India, for further study.
